A Taste of Reds

This year’s winter is mild, which allows us all to enjoy the nice weather, good food and drinks of the season. To celebrate this, we are organising a small red wine tasting at the end of this month. The location is yet to be decided on, but it will be in the neighbourhood of Oirschot, Best and Eindhoven. The amount of wines will be limited, and all will be Italian reds - from the Oltrepò Pavese region as well as our new wines from Sicily. As usual, we will have a look at good pairings, so that the wines can be tasted in combination with fitting foods.
